To operate successfully, our food system relies on enthusiastic and reliable people like you. You must have:

• Your own transportation to arrive early/on-time at job sites throughout the Phoenix Metro Area
• The ability to work on your feet, in the sun, for multiple hours

Some harvests are paid 💰 and some are volunteer — it just depends on whether the tree owner is paying us. You decide how & when you’d like to be involved.

1. Create your profile in our system right now.
2. Keep an eye on your phone/email for when we schedule harvests on the days & cities you’re available for.
3. Save your spot for each harvest, and you’ll receive a calendar invite for the day/time, indicating the job site location and any details necessary to get there.
4. Show up—get trained for free your first time—and start harvesting! Optionally, walk away with some fresh-picked food for yourself 👨‍🌾 🧺
